We encourage all patients to make an appointment. Doctors can be contacted during business hours via reception staff.

Recalls and Reminders
Our practice has a recall and reminder system and we may contact you by phone or SMS. Depending on the urgency, you may be contacted multiple times. We kindly request a prompt response to help us organise the appropriate care.
Results
Please book an appointment to receive your test results in consultation with the doctor. Reception staff are unable to pass test results to patients over the phone or by email.
Fees
Bulk-billed consultations are available for patients with a valid Medicare card.
Private fee applied for patients WITHOUT a Medicare card (Please contact reception for details).
An additional fee may be incurred for procedures and some immunisations.
